1 General Principles
At Heritage & Brooks, we strive for transparency in all financial transactions. Due to the nature of real-time market execution and blockchain-based transactions, specific rules apply to the refund of deposited funds and the cancellation of active investments.
Wallet Deposits & Unused Funds
Funds deposited into your Heritage & Brooks wallet that have **not** yet been committed to a project or investment plan are fully refundable (withdrawable) at any time.
- Withdrawals are processed to the original source of funding.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days depending on the payment gateway.
2 Active Investment Cancellation
Once a project is funded or a trade is executed, the capital is committed to the underlying asset. Therefore:
Irreversibility
Confirmed investments cannot be cancelled or "refunded" mid-term as the funds are already deployed in the market/project.
Exit Options
Users may liquidate their positions based on the specific "Sell" or "Early Exit" rules defined in each project's prospectus.
3 Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that certain costs incurred during transaction processing are non-refundable:
- **Network/Gas Fees:** Any blockchain-related fees paid to miners or validators.
- **KYC Verification Fees:** Third-party identity verification costs (if applicable).
